2 jours sur cette petite île au large de Townsville, dans le YHA de l'île qui est en fait un camping de bungalows paisibles avec une piscine paradisiaque :)
5 minutes à pieds de la plage équipée de filets, le site dans le parc national possède également un petit refuge où on peut venir tripoter des animaux (tortue, perroquet, python, lézards, koala !!)
Evidemment j'ai craqué et y suis allé faire un tour pour avoir ma super photo avec un petit koala mal réveillé :)
J'ai également fait une très belle randonnée de quelques heures, avec entre autre une très belle vue sur l'île.

I am spending two days on this little island next to Townsville, in the island's YHA which is actually a nice camping site with bungalows and a divine pool :)
We are only a 5 minutes walk away from the beach (with stinger net) and there is also a little petting wildlife center on site where you can pet turtles, cockatoos, pythons, lizards and a koala!!
Obviously I fell for it and seized my opportunity to have a nice photo with a sleepy koala :)
I also did some nice hiking and saw very beautiful landscapes, with a nice point of view on the island.
